Woodland sits at the center of everything we do. There’s no showroom to visit and no street address to drive to — we come to you. Here’s the area we cover.
We earn our service area one floor at a time. Here’s what sets a local Hillman Epoxy install apart.
Owned and run from Woodland — not a franchise. The person who quotes your floor is the person who preps and coats it.
Pro-grade epoxy and polyaspartic systems over proper diamond-grind prep, so your floor stands up to PNW moisture, hot tires, and daily wear.
Garages, basements, and patios through to warehouses, shops, and showrooms — one crew, one standard, any size job.
Up-front pricing, realistic timelines, and a written workmanship warranty. No surprises and no pressure.
A straightforward process, the same on every job — from your first call to the final walkthrough.
1
We visit your space, measure, talk through finishes, and hand you an honest written estimate — no pressure, no obligation.
2
We diamond-grind the concrete and repair cracks and pits so the coating bonds for the long haul. Good prep is most of a floor that lasts.
3
We lay down your chosen epoxy or polyaspartic system — base coat, color, flake or metallic, then a tough protective topcoat.
4
Walk on it in about 24 hours; give it about a week before heavy items or vehicles. We finish with a walkthrough together.
From a single garage to a full industrial floor, here’s what we install across the service area.
🏠 RESIDENTIAL
Our most-requested service — tough, easy-clean garage floors.
High-gloss, marbled metallic finishes with serious wow factor.
Decorative broadcast flake floors with great slip resistance.
Fast-curing, UV-stable topcoats for high-traffic spaces.
🏭 COMMERCIAL
Heavy-duty coatings built for forklifts and constant traffic.
Auto, mechanic, and fleet floors that resist oil and chemicals.
Clean, bright, professional finishes that impress customers.
Low-maintenance polished concrete for large commercial spaces.
Damp slabs, wet winters, and big temperature swings are hard on a coating. We build for the conditions right here in Southwest Washington.
Our grinding and primer process is built for the damp concrete common in the PNW, cutting the risk of peeling and bubbling down the road.
Polyaspartic topcoats shrug off hot tires, road grit, and the salt and water that come with Northwest winters.
Coatings chosen to resist ambering and fading — even on floors that catch direct sun through the garage door.
We focus on Woodland and the surrounding Cowlitz and Clark County communities — Kalama, Kelso, Longview, La Center, Ridgefield, Battle Ground, and Vancouver, WA. Keeping our radius tight means we show up on time and can come back if you ever need us. Just outside that area? Call and ask — we’ll give you an honest answer.
For projects inside our core service area, your free quote is exactly that — free, with no separate trip charge. For jobs near the edge of our range, we’ll always tell you up front if travel affects the price.
Yes. We coat residential garages, basements, and patios as well as commercial and industrial floors — warehouses, shops, showrooms, and more. Tell us your square footage and how the space is used and we’ll recommend the right system.
Most floors take about 2 to 3 days from prep to final coat. You can usually walk on it after roughly 24 hours, but we recommend waiting about a week before parking vehicles or setting heavy items so the coating fully cures.
