Hillman Epoxy started with a simple belief: Southwest Washington homeowners and businesses deserve floor coatings that actually hold up to wet winters, daily traffic, and the weight of real life. Every floor starts with mechanical diamond grinding to open the concrete, plus crack and divot repair. Skipping prep is the number-one reason coatings fail — so we never skip it.
We install professional-grade epoxy base coats sealed with a tough polyaspartic / polyurea topcoat that resists UV, chemicals, and hot-tire pickup.
Most installs take 2–3 days. You can walk on your floor in about 24 hours, but we tell you straight: it needs roughly a week to fully cure before heavy loads or parking on it.
We live and work in Cowlitz County. If a question ever comes up after the job, you’re calling neighbors — not a call center three states away.

We seal everything with a durable clear topcoat. Walk on it in about 24 hours; full cure for heavy use in roughly a week.
